Superior: Private furnished bedroom, tastefully furnished with guaranteed wired internet access in the room, central air conditioning, and use of a private bathroom (subject to availability).
Single: Guest is the ONLY person in the bedroom.
Double: Two guests sharing a bedroom. The price listed is per person and only applies during the dates that two guests occupy the bedroom. If one guest leaves, then single rates will apply to the remaining guest. Note, we only host female students.
Breakfast: A self-served morning meal (coffee, tea or milk; bread or toast; jam, cream cheese, butter, oatmeal, organic omelet, green smoothie, or a green salad with protein) made available daily for the guest. Organic
Dinner: A prepared evening meal that is served at a time that is mutually convenient for the Guest and the Host. For other meals, the Guest will be allotted a space in the refrigerator and will be allowed to do light meal preparation in the kitchen. Usually Organic
Week: A week is considered to be 7 nights. We have one restroom that is only used by Students/Visitors; this restroom has a shower/toilet/and medicine chest. No one in the house uses the student/visitor restroom; we have our own private restroom.
We charge a $100 clean-up fee that is refundable upon departure. We also charge a fee to reserve your room. The fee is $250 to reserve your room; this amount is deducted from your total price. For teens/minors, we charge a flat $2000 per month for a private room with three meals per day. Students who require transportation must add an additional $500 per month.
Once a student pays for the room in full for the first month we cannot give any refunds 15 days prior to the arrival date. Cancelations must be scheduled 30 days prior to the scheduled trip. Please keep in mind, we book rooms in our home based on reservations, if a student cancels 5-14 days prior to coming, we may have to turn other students away based on the booked reservation. We will need 20- 30 days to find someone else to take the room.
Our daily rate for a room and two meals is $95 per day.
Our daily rate for a room with breakfast is $65 per day.
Our daily rate for a room with dinner is $75 per day.
Our daily rate for a room with no meals is $55 per day.

How can I make a reservation?

Secure Your Reservation via Pay Pal ( To secure your reservation after confirming that we have a room please pay the $250.00 deposit) Once a student pays for their room in full we can not give any refunds 16 days prior to your arrival date. If you wish to cancel you must cancel prior to 30 days of your scheduled trip. We have to turn other students away based on your reservation. So we need 30 days to find someone else to take the room.

If a student needs help finding a high school we charge a fee of $150 (non-refundable) to call and contact schools on your behalf. We will give you the list and contact information and it is your job to secure an application, and acceptance into the school. We are not responsible if you are not accepted. This fee must be paid prior to us looking for a school for you.
If a student needs help finding an internship here in Los Angeles we charge a fee of $200 (non-refundable) to call and contact companies on your behalf.
